Senior Accountant:

Specific responsibilities for this role may include maintaining accurate and complete accounting records, providing financial analysis for one or more companies or lines of business, preparation and review of financial statements and forecasts and a variety of related projects. The individual in this role will have contact with associates at a variety of levels outside the finance and accounting area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related study - Required
• CPA, MBA preferred
• 4-5 years experience in either public or private accounting within a larger corporate environment
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and experience in complex accounting processes and analysis
• Ability to work as a team member
• Initiative to work independently and contribute to department goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and experience with an enterprise accounting system 
• Ability to lead others while maintaining effective business relationships with colleagues throughout the organization
