Job Description:
- Support upper management in various departments
- Multiple phone lines, answering calls and transferring, taking messages
- Compiling of data, organization, and presentation to Dept. in various forms
- File maintenance and record keeping
- Data entry
Job Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Must be proficient in MS Excel for record maintenance
- Must be proficient in MS Word to create documents, proofread documents, and make necessary corrections
- Must have advanced command of the English language and ability to communicate professionally and articulately
- Must be able to pass criminal background and drug test - will be administered
