Hours: Must be flexible to work an 8 hour shift within the hours of 6am and 6pm, Monday through Friday

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pay: $14/hr + Bonus

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills while assisting customers with heavy transaction-based requests; heavy phones, e-mail and fax orders, requests for price quotations and order status.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • PC skills are required; Oracle a plus. 

     

  • Type at least 45 wpm with good and accurate data entry 

     

  • Must have a minimum of 2 yrs. call center experience 

     

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills 

     

  • Ability to deal with difficult situations with courtesy and patience and build good relationships with a diverse clientele

     

  • Ability to work in a busy, fast paced call center environment

     

  • Detail oriented and able to multitask 

     

  • Able to handle heavy call volumes with superior care and professionalism
