A local healthcare company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support the growing Customer Service department!

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for:

• A high volume of outbound calls
• Collecting monies owed from consumers
• Setting up payments plans for customers
• Data entry

The Bilingual Customer Service  Representative position requires:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in collections
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work with all personalities
• Must be Bilingual Spanish!
