Exciting opportunity to join a well-known company in Riverside as an Administrative Assistant! This is a temporary position that could go to temp-to-hire for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

Administrative experience is needed to assist the IT Dept and Human Resource associates located at this company's Distribution Center in Riverside.  You will be running reports using Microsoft Excel, assisting with duties such as payroll, daily communications, and record keeping. This position is generally Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, but candidates need to be flexible to work outside of those hours if needed.

Skills:

 - MUST have a minimum of two years experience as an Administrative Assistant, and at least six months of that experience must be recent, within the last year.

 - MUST have at least an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.

 - MUST have quick and accurate typing and data entry skills.

 - Knowledge of AS400 is a PLUS

 - Payroll experience is a PLUS

 - HR experience is a PLUS

 - Experience supporting IT Department a PLUS

 - MUST be able to speak and understand English at advanced level
