Experienced Human Resources Supervisor needed for fabrication company in Corona, CA.

This "green" company has been an industry leader in air pollution control for over 30 years!

Your responsibilities as Human Resources Supervisor will include, but not be limited to: Supervising the HR Department and overseeing at least two human resources employees, acting as liasion between company owners/managers and other employees, all payroll duties, benefits administration, hiring and terminations, corrective actions for employees, unemployment claims processing, and all other duties as related to Human Resources or office administration as needed.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources
• Minimum of 2 years experience supervising/managing in Human Resources
• Must have experience working with Paychex payroll system
• Must have experience in benefits administration, worker's compensation, unemployment claims and processing, labor law.
• Experience with certified or prevailing wage is a PLUS
