· Assist with preparation of Implementation agendas and take notes as appropriate during meetings
· Create comparison spreadsheets for voluntary products
· Distribute assigned and process department mail
· Prepare Installation Letters for Implementation Meetings
· Schedule client appointments
· Maintain Master Implementation Calendar and Task List
· Track marketing material requests with client, enrollment company, carriers and internal marketing department
· Log and track client marketing materials for open enrollment
· Assist in the Installation of new cases
· Preparation of forms and other open enrollment materials
· Resolution of claim problems and general assistance with carriers and employees when needed
· Interaction with client and carrier to resolve billing, premium, and eligibility problems
· Assist with resolution of commission issues (as needed)
· Work with Vice President of Voluntary Plans to increase office effectiveness and productivity
· Process renewals for various carriers
