Employee Agreement

Please read the Employee Agreement below before submitting your time online:

• I certify that I have worked the hours that I am reporting and the hours are accurate and correct.
  
  
• I certify that I was not injured or involved in an accident while on this assignment.
  
  
• I understand that my paycheck will be delayed if my time is incomplete or inaccurate.
  
  
• Should I be offered a full-time job with a Helpmates customer, I am not required to pay a fee. However, I MUST contact Helpmates immediately for information regarding Helpmates policy.
  
  
• If I do not contact any Helpmates office within 24 hours after completion of this assignment, Helpmates may assume that I am not available to work.
