Job Description: A prestigious bank located in Cypress is looking for Mortgage/File Clerks. Selected candidates will be responsible for reviewing or filing of loan documents and collateral packages. Interested candidates must have at least 1 year of general clerical experience, be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand on their feet for the duration of the shift.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
&#xB7;         Filing and stapling documents
&#xB7;         Attaching headers by color codes on files and barcodes on header sheets
&#xB7;         Numeric and terminal digit process filing
&#xB7;         Pulling and prepping releases to be sent out
&#xB7;         Scanning files 
&#xB7;         Shifting files and moving loan documents

    Reviewing loan documents and verifying signatures on documents

Pay: $9.00 per hour
Must be able to work the following schedule: 
Scheduled hours will vary, must be flexible to work various shifts/hours. 
First and second shift is available
Must be able to work 30 to 40 hours, Monday through Saturday 
  
Requirements: 

    Must be able to pass criminal background check and fingerprint check
    Must be very detailed with excellent proofreading and filing skills 
    Mortgage/loan auditing, servicing or post closing background a plus 
    Must have good communication skills 
    Must have intermediate computer skills
    Must have 1 year minimum of clerical experience
    Must be comfortable with repetitious tasks
    Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand on feet for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities for the Packaging Coordinator will include but are not limited to the following: 

    Direct and assign Packaging activities and personnel on all lines running during shift 
    Prioritizes, schedule, check and assign new orders to lines 
    Take charge in Supervisor&#x27;s absence while keeping Supervisor apprised of any deviations and/or problems that arise 
    Check all lines periodically to ensure that codes, components, counts, product and pallet counts are correct 
    Scrutinize all Packaging documents throughout processing
    Reconcile counts with total units recorded by line leads, calculate yields and investigate any discrepancies 
    Check and issues labels to lines 
    Prints and distributes all license plates and enterprise labels for finished goods, sub-assemblies and rework. 
    Signs off on all codes, license plates, labels and cartons used on the order. 
    Review, approve and document all finished Packaging Records 
    Verify that all SOPs and GMPs are followed and any non-compliances are reported 
    Investigate and initiate action to address quality issues, mechanical problems and line changes and report status to Supervisor 
    Communicate information to next shift Supervisor, Mechanics, Warehouse and Line Leads as needed

Schedule: Monday-Sunday Must be flexible to work any shift and any 4 consecutive days. May include weekends 1st shift 5:00am-3:00pm; 2nd shift 3:00pm-1:00am 
Pay: Starting pay is $13.00 
Candidates must meet all of the follow requirements to be eligible for the Packaging Coordinator: 

    Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent 
    Must have at least 2-3 years of recent experience 
    Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English
