    Complete Processing of medical claims including verification, adjudication and accuracy.
    Accurately process professional and institutional claims

    Excellent Data Entry skills needed. 
    Revenue and HCPCS coding skills helpful.

Reviews the adequacy and accuracy of all work performed in the billing center.  Directs activities for the cash remittance process, billing system and purchasing function.  Authorizes and implements controls over the various billing center processes. 
 Makes recommendations regarding employment, salary increases, promotions, reclassifications, discipline and terminations.  Supervises, trains, instructs, develops, reviews and approves the activities of all subordinate accounting and billing center personnel.  Writes and conducts department&#x2019;s semi-annual and annual reviews.  
Establishes and maintains contact and ongoing communication with responsible personnel throughout the Company and outside representatives to obtain or present information and data pertaining to assigned accounting activity. 
 
Reviews internal and external requirements regarding accounting methods in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and CPUC regulations. Manages Company involvement with audits conducted by internal and external sources, including representatives of PUC and the Company&#x27;s independent public accountants. 
 
Assists the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and his staff in providing financial schedules and analyses for rate case purposes and/or other PUC requests. Reviews annual and monthly-regulated reports (e.g. annual PUC Report, annual 77K Report, monthly PUC 65 Report, etc.). 
 
Conducts or cooperates in the completion of internal studies designed to improve methods and procedures regarding work process and techniques, utilization of personnel, equipment and machines, methods of obtaining information and data, work standards, etc.







POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: 
Education Requirements: Bachelor&#x27;s degree in Accounting/or Business Administration is required. CPA Certification is required.
Work Experience: A complete and thorough knowledge of the theory and practice of accounting gained through a minimum of seven years experience in private industry; five years of progressive supervisory experience.  Some experience in the public accounting sector is preferred which may reduce the overall experience requirement. 
Specific Knowledge and Skills: Has a thorough knowledge of all accounting functions such as general, cost, property, etc.  Must have a basic understanding of regulatory accounting, preferably in the water industry and the Uniform System of Accounts for Water Utilities.  Has an extensive understanding and in-depth knowledge of personal computers and software, including standard spreadsheet and word processing programs. Position Responsibilities for Financial Reporting Analyst

    Development and maintenance of financial reports using financial reporting software.
    Administrator of the financial reporting software.
    Act as department&#x2019;s lead and resource for financial reporting.
    Preparation of Board of Directors and internal financial reports.
    Preparation of statutory based financial statements.  
    Provides analytical documentation that identifies and explains financial variances.  
    Interpret Board approved payments to verify correct application of payment methodologies and guidance on special accruals.
    Key role in providing reports and data to auditors.
    Prepare, analyze and reconcile financial data from organization&#x2019;s operations.
    Preparation of ad hoc reporting at the direction of top management.
    Other projects and duties as assigned.

        Apply financial and statistical methods to provide explanations to financial results.
        Develop and maintain reports following GAAP and statutory accounting guidelines.
        Research, interpret and apply GAAP and statutory accounting rules and pronouncements.

            3-5 years of accounting or finance experience in the health care or insurance industry. 
            Experience in developing complex reports using financial reporting software. 
            Experience in statutory reporting a plus. 
            Master&#x2019;s degree a plus.

Duties for the Tableting Machine Operator include but are not limited to the following:
 

    Hands-on production of tablets and powders under the supervision of both the Department Head and Tableting Department Production Mechanic.
    Visually inspects triturated tablets for quality problems. Shuts down trit &#x2013;tab machines until the problem is resolved by the Department Head, by the Department Production Mechanic or by the assigned maintenance mechanic.
    Disassembly, cleaning and reassembly of triturated tablet machines.
    Performs documentation and verification as required on batch sheets and on cleaning logs.
    Keeps tableting rooms and facilities clean and orderly.
    Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices including proper completion of Production Work Orders and other Documents.
    Sanitation responsibilities within the department as needed.
    Proper retrieval and storage of powder intermediates.
    Cleaning of machines (Triturator stand and frames, pulverizer, mixers etc) and other preventative maintenance under the supervision of the Tableting Department Production Mechanic.
    Perform mixing of powders and pulverizing as directed by the Tableting Department Head.

 
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
 
The following shifts are available:

    1st Shift 6am-2:30pm
    2ND Shift 1:30pm-10:00pm 
    3rd Shift 9pm-5:30am
    Must be able to work mandatory overtime as needed.

 
Candidates must meet all of the following requirements to be considered for the Tableting Machine Operator position:

    Must have 1 year, minimum, of previous experience in pharmaceutical/supplement manufacturing, or 3 years experience in an industrial environment requiring the care and monitoring of equipment
    Must have excellent attention to detail ability to follow instructions and schedules 
    Must have excellent communication (verbal and written)  
    Prior work in GMP facility a plus!

An excellent company near the city of Cerritos is looking for a Customer Service Representative with previous experience in a call center environment processing returns and/or credits. Will be responsible for the regional customer service functions with the objective that products be delivered on time, to the proper destination, in the quantity ordered, and with the agreed upon quality standards to be consistent with the expectations of the company and our customers.  
            
Duties for the Customer Service Representative will include but not be limited to the following:

    Provide superior customer service at all times to all customers
    Answer a large amount of customer within a call center environment
    Create and review various reports as needed
    Perform data entry of customer credits and/or returns as well as enter orders 
    Authorize and ensure validity of customer returns, RA&#x2019;s master accounts, drop ships
    Ensure that all transactions that affect the branch inventory and accounts receivable are processed accurately
    Work with corporate office on financing, marketing and supply chain initiatives
    Other duties as needed

 
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am -4:45pm with a 45 minute lunch. Must be able to work mandatory overtime as needed.
 
Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
 
Eligible candidates for the Customer Service Representative must meet all of the following requirements:

    Must have 2-3 years, minimum,  of previous customer service experience in a call center environment processing returns and/or credits
    Previous experience working with JDA and/or other customer planning systems a plus!
    Must be proficient in managing accounts, customers, and systems
    Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma, College Degree a plus
    Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast paced, high stress environment
    Must be detailed oriented with excellent organization skills
    Must have strong computer skills and the ability to master new systems quickly. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
    Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

    Communicate and relay information to various departments 
    Proofread documents as needed
    Make travel arrangements

Eligible candidates must meet all of the following requirements to be eligible for the Legal Secretary position

    Must have 2-3 years minimum of previous legal secretary experience in one of the following education, litigation, transactional or bankruptcy 
    Must have some previous experience with Labor Laws 
    Must be detailed oriented with excellent proofreading skills
    Must be able meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
    Must have excellent data entry and typing skills
    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Job Requirements 

Eligible candidates must meet all of the following requirements to be considered for the Process Improvement Manufacturing Engineer:
