    Processing of customer account adjustments, write-offs and NSF transactions as submitted by credit department personnel
    Provide copies of payment deductions and over/duplicate payments to collectors for research
     Prepare and maintain logs/spreadsheets for various reports 
    
    
    Filing of all cash posting and Accounts Receivables adjustments documents to ensure easy reference and file maintenance, annual archiving of cash documents to off-site storage 
    Processing of in-house deposits at the end of each month or as needed 
    Assisting with account research and other duties to ensure the department runs efficiently 
    Others duties as assigned
    Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour, depending on experience
    Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm. Must be able to work mandatory overtime
    Requirements: 
    
        Must have High school diploma or higher degree
        Must be organized and detailed oriented 
        
        Must have strong math skills 
        Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines

The Machine Operator operates packaging machinery to create a complete and quality package for all tablet products. Essential job functions include:

    
    Feeds containers and other materials into a variety of automatic and semi-automatic packaging machinery. 
    
    
    Packages tablets by inserting components into container, capping container and weighing to ensure correct tablet counts.  
    
    
    Monitors the need for supplies and notifies Stockhandler of pending shortages. 
    
    
    Monitors equipment on line to detect malfunctioning of machinery; makes minor adjustments as necessary and informs mechanic when major adjustments/repairs are required.  
    
    
    Inspects all containers and packages for correct codes, counts labels and components and removes defective items from production line.
    
    
    Maintains production line operation by reporting problems and offering solutions to Line Lead, Packaging Coordinator or Supervisor. Keeps constantly alert for proper operation of equipment, stopping machines by electrical controls as necessary.
    
    
    Clears jams in machines and makes minor adjustments when needed to keep packaged units within the required specifications.  Ensures bottles, cartons and master shipping cases are properly labeled by changing codes on video jet and labelers. 
    
    
    Conducts or assists mechanic with machine set-up during product or lot changes, including cleaning, code change, slat removal/installation, label changes and conveyor rail adjustment.

Schedule Available: Must be flexible to work any shift (1st or 2nd)  Must be able to work overtime.  
 
 
Requirements:

    
    Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    
    
    Must have at least 1 year of recent experiance
    
    
    Must have mechanical aptitude
    
    
    Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English
    
    
    Basic math skills and pass basic industrial math test
    
    
    Understands and adheres to GMP&#x27;s, SOP&#x27;S and safety regulations
    
    
    Must be able to pass drug screen
    
    
    Food production or pharmaceutical background a plus
    
    
    Must be flexible to work any shift and work overtime

Job Description: Exciting company in the city of Lakewood is looking to fill 1 immediate Data Entry Operator Clerks for their Administrative Offices. The selected candidates will be responsible for entering data into spreadsheets, documents and databases. Will also be entering subscriber information, check information into system. Must be able to demonstrate analytical skills to identify, collect and evaluate information and data. Must be able to enter between 8,000 to 12,000 keystrokes per hour. 
 
Pay: $11.50 to $12.50 per hour
 
The following schedule is available:



    Must be able to start, at times, as early as 4:30 am.  
    Must be able to work any day of the week, including weekends. This could mean working a Thursday to Monday shift or a Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
    Overtime is required


 
Requirements:

    Must be able to enter between 8,000 to 12,000 keystrokes per hour. (Will be tested) 
    Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check. 
    Must have 2 years of recent, similar experience. 
    Must be flexible to work flexible work schedule. 
    Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Cerritos is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is outgoing to engage customers and prospects in phone conversations.  Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, up-selling background and call center experience.
 Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

     Answering inbound phone calls with a positive and energetic attitude 
    Placing Outbound phone calls to customers and prospects to suggestive sell 
    Resolving customer complaints 
    Processing customer catalog requests 
    Entering orders timely and accurately 
    Up sell products and services to increase order values 
    Entering phone orders, purchase orders and catalog requests into a computer.  
    Researching/resolving customer service issues 
    Help with questions regarding customization and alteration services.  
     Assist with refunds and exchange requests, web orders and credit card processing.  





 
Pay: $13.00-14.00 per hour, depending on experience 
 

The following schedule is available: 
 
Must be flexible to work as early as 5:30 and as late as 7:00PM
 Requirements:

    Excellent communication skills
    Call 
    
    Center experience required
    1-2 years minimum of Sales experience
     Must have up-selling background

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:



    Answering customer questions 
    Assisting customers with retrieving their orders 
    Resolve customer order issues (missing items, lost packages) 
    Data Entry utilizing a computer 
    Locate and manually retrieve boxed orders from warehouse 
    Lifting up to 35 pounds 

Pay Rate: $10.50 per hour 
 
Schedule Available: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.  Must be able to work overtime. 
 Requirements:
