If you have experience working in a Call Center, previous Customer Service positions, or even handled Inbound and Outbound calls, please stop in to meet with us.

We have multiple Call Center Positions available for various clients in the Irvine area. Requirements for Call Center Positions:
- Must have experience working in a Call Center environment
- Strong computing and keyboarding skills and experience using CRM software
- Ability to learn, retain and apply knowledge of the various operations of the organization, products and services
- Strong verbal communication skills including active listening; uses written communication skills to record inquiry information and activity into the Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Must have High School Diploma / GED
