Every candidate is measured against the following hiring criteria:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States, as confirmed through E-Verify
  • Criminal background check
  • Successful results on drug and alcohol screening
  • All gaps in employment six months or longer must be explained and verified
  • Ability to qualify in assessment program (2½ hours)
  • Availability for long-term assignments
  • Behavioral interview
  • Clear communication skills
  • Stable and recent work history
  • Flexible, positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional appearance and manners

We will also check your references. We require a minimum of two verified employment references, generally with direct supervisors, prior to placement on any job assignment.
