Every candidate is measured against the following hiring criteria:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States, as confirmed through E-Verify
- Criminal background check
- Successful results on drug and alcohol screening
- All gaps in employment six months or longer must be explained and verified
- Ability to qualify in assessment program (2½ hours)
- Availability for long-term assignments
- Behavioral interview
- Clear communication skills
- Stable and recent work history
- Flexible, positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and manners
We will also check your references. We require a minimum of two verified employment references, generally with direct supervisors, prior to placement on any job assignment.
